How long does it take?
We'll have your custom pet design ready within 24 hours of your order. Once complete, it's sent directly to our Print Team for production. Our team processes orders Monday through Friday, and your order is typically picked up by our shipping partners either the same day or the following morning. From there, delivery takes approximately 5-7 business days. And yes, we guarantee your print will arrive safely!
Where does my print come from?
We operate facilities in the USA, Canada, Australia, the UK, New Zealand, Singapore, and South Africa. Currently, we only ship within these countries, which means your artwork will be printed and shipped locally from your region.
What happens after I place my order?
First, your pet's photo is processed through our in-house software to enhance the image quality. Then our skilled artists get to work, manually refining your pet's unique features. They'll bring out the sparkle in their eyes, highlight the texture of their fur, emphasize details like their wet nose, and add shadows to create beautiful depth. Once the artwork is perfected, we use top-of-the-line printing equipment and premium materials to produce your one-of-a-kind masterpiece!
I'm not sure what image to provide, what can you suggest?
No worries! Use your best judgment when selecting a photo. If we feel the image won't produce an excellent final result, we'll reach out to you right away, so keep an eye on your inbox. Our top recommendation is to choose a photo with good lighting that's taken up close. These images typically capture the most detail and produce the best results.
Can you create a portrait for any type of pet?
Absolutely! We create artwork for all kinds of animals every single day, and our team includes artists who specialize in different species. While we showcase dogs most prominently on our site since they're the most popular choice among customers, all of our designs can be customized to beautifully feature any animal you love.
Do you remove the background from my photos?
Yes! We remove the background from all photos to give your portrait a clean, professional magazine-quality look.
Can I see a preview before purchasing?
Our designs are handcrafted by our artists and require significant time to create, so we don't offer previews before purchase. If you order a digital file, you'll receive a proof before any printing occurs. For all other orders, we send your artwork to print immediately to ensure the fastest possible delivery time.
Can I use a photo with multiple pets?
Absolutely! If you have two or more pets in the same photo, we can work with that. Just place your order as usual and make sure to include all of your pets' names.
